He wasn’t blind, Rob. He had Alzheimers and was sent back to Brooklyn to live. Sophia knitted him a scarf and mailed it to him 🙂 (who, me? GG junkie? no!)
Those two shows are my ‘comfort’ tv. Good, wholesome shows where I can get a good natured laugh and they help me fall asleep (Murder She Wrote at 11pm, Golden Girls from midnight to 2 am!)
You have to admit though, the Golden Girls are funny as hell!

Project Runway season 5 finalist Kenley Collins is in jail right now for allegedly using her cat as a weapon in an assault on her ex-fiancé, TMZ reports. Cops arrested Kenley at her Brooklyn apartment early yesterday morning, alleging she attacked her sleeping ex-fiancé with her cat, a laptop, several apples, and water.
