gemini…you can make the counter offer but have your lawyer review the contract and make sure there’s a lawyer’s contingency in it as well (and a mortgage and inspection contingency also). Its not the counter offer but the details that your lawyer should be involved with.
Would have loved to see Pearl Jam – I think they only played Jersey last time they went on tour, and it’s always a hassle to get over there to see anything.

should you consult with your lawyer to do a counter offer on a house? it’s pretty straightforward and doesn’t have many contingencies….
