    I can counter offer, but once the offer is accepted by bot parties is when I should then bring in my lawyer to work on “The Contract of Sale?

  2. gemini…you can make the counter offer but have your lawyer review the contract and make sure there’s a lawyer’s contingency in it as well (and a mortgage and inspection contingency also). Its not the counter offer but the details that your lawyer should be involved with.

  3. Would have loved to see Pearl Jam – I think they only played Jersey last time they went on tour, and it’s always a hassle to get over there to see anything.

  4. I have a serious question:
    should you consult with your lawyer to do a counter offer on a house? it’s pretty straightforward and doesn’t have many contingencies….
