Snappy, BRG- profound Hearing loss. Even the hearing aid doesn’t help much. I can blast music in the headphones but still can’t recognize words and miss most of the instrumentals. And above a certain pitch-totally gone. When I listen to my cds have to use special headphones, I can get most of it, but part of that is memory filling in the blank spots.
Haha – temple of the dog. they pop up on my nirvana pandora station every once in a while. i’m always like “wtf is that cornell and vedder on the same song?”
sigh, those were the days. Nothing new is really exciting anymore as far as the rock scene goes. I get excited when Tool puts out an album every 5-7 years, and there’s some good indie stuff out there, but nothing as good as the early-mid nineties.
“Are there no James Taylor or Neil Diamond fans in the house? Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young? Ambrosia? The Little River Band? (yes, I’m an old soul – or as my friends say, a dead white guy!)”
Snappy, stop, What will accuse you of being whiter than MM!!

LOL, Biff! I was told that all through high school and college. Let the What/Why bring it on! I know good music when I hear it!
Good one, BRG!
My parents met Graham Nash a few times. He frequented one of their local pubs when he was in the Hollies.
