m4l, sorry about your knuckles! I’d have just given you a piece.
Both kids behaving themselves today, got two (two!) loads of diapers washed, just a brief break to say hi before I try to find some food and maybe take the kids for a walk.
Didn’t get any grading done, of course, but maybe tonight. sigh. I realized I seem to have misplaced a students’ midterm… hoping it’s on my account at school. Darn electronic files.

Newspapers are dirty – too much black ink on them. I insist on paper towels. Cleanliness is my top priority. I’m saving enough money doing it myself.
“wrong, any old school janitor/cleaner knows that newspapers do the best job.”
Tsk, tsk, benson is using paper towels instead of the free newspapers laying around? How wasteful!! : P

Kens, got the ipad for the kid’s birthday – to let him play with all those kiddie learning apps.
given my suppliers have cut me off, I’ll have to consider buying new stove now. but then my ass could be moving soon so no sense buying new stove.
While it wasn’t a great first impression, they did do a very nice job when all was said and done. It was just a minor miscommunication.
paper towels are the way to go!
