I’m totally picking up some ginger glazed meatloaf from a moonface prepared food place on Bedford called “Radish” – had some yesterday and it was awesome.
good friday, easter, passover…..I am calling this Holier Than Thou Week.

pot roast rules
chili and stew are typically much better as leftovers.
speaking of pot roast, i had dinner at the farm on adderly recently and had their “braised short rib special” – which was seriously just a tough, small piece of pot roast for $25 bucks. big rip off.

Pork Dumplings sound very good. However, I have leftovers of the best pot roast I’ve tasted for tonight.
Sometimes leftovers are good. Especially when they’re the kind that are better the second day. I need to find more recipes for my crock pot.
