My summer vacation will be the true ‘depression era’ vacation. First, I will take New Jersey Transit out to Westfield, NJ to visit my friend and her babies. Then, I’ll take a walk to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens several days in a row. The final stop on my world tour will be Fairway in Red Hook where I will gaze upon the fresh salmon and shrimp I used to be able to afford. I’ll be sure to send you all a postcard 🙂
What could possibly be obscure about Monterey Jack or Multigrain bread!
Now if I had said that I was using a bread only made by Icelandic people and a rare cheese from Afghanistan or a remote region of Russia, that would be obscure, no?
