You’re right. All renters are morons who have no practical knowledge. Only home owners have any practical experience or even an iota of an idea as to how things work. It’s amazing that they’re even allowed to have jobs and pay you rent.

This is a good thing, randi. As the official OT judge of whether someone is unhinged and in need of medication (a role I approach with the deepest gravitas), I would say….well….stick with the above and continue meditating and check in later and let us know what you come up with.
