Regarding the tainted produce in Japan, there was an interesting story yesterday by a Bloomberg writer in Tokyo. he was looking forward to all the great, heretofore expensive produce from that region showing up now at much lower prices. Apparently Fukushima grows a particularly delicate variety of Spinach that is $$$$ in the Tokyo markets but no longer. So far, nothing has anywhere near dangerous levels of radioactivity.
hold on – my last comment didn’t make any sense.
Chicken and Mrs Chicken have separated. Send any single chicks my way.
No Chicken, and now no Mrs Chicken….
