The only reason it is even in my head now is because I was looking at similar places with some friends and they were telling me how this place was fairly priced but already in contract. I noticed the long lagtime. Must be finance issues or something because that maintenance is low.
Lincoln, did it actually close or just “in contract?” Time between “in contract” and closing has been quite long lately with difficulties with mortgage companies and a fair amount of bullshit.
