Sorry I know, I changed the topic, but I was curious for a while. Isn’t it just weird though. Ended up going into contract in January. The only reason it is even in my head now is because I was looking at similar places with some friends and they were telling me how this place was fairly priced but already in contract. I noticed the long lagtime. Must be finance issues or something because that maintenance is low.
