Both biff and jackal seem to overstate their caucuses. Vote counting is a crucial skill in legislative politics. I think they each need an effective and skilled whip.

I voted for Bush in 92 and Dole in 96.
During the primary season in 00, I was seriously considering voting for Bush, before he started drifting too far right and focusing so much on tax cuts.
