  1. a warm bubble bath with a glass of wine and a cap of nyquil? just make sure NOT to fall asleep in the tub, especially if the water is still running.

  2. There have been studies that show raising your body temp before bed time via a long hot bath or shower will knock you out good fashion.

  3. If only sex was an option tonight. Best I can do is a 9pm-10pm conference call with Asia. That will no doubt put me to sleep, but unfortch I have to stay awake for it.
