Only way to stop the error is to block the ads from running. Mr. B was told that months ago and he should care if folks are blocking ads while on his site. His ad space buyers would be none to happy to know that they are running ads that most people are blocking and will therefore never see.

The “script” errors have nothing to do with the site itself.
They are all caused by ads that have buggy Adobe Flash code in them.
As long as Mr. B. keeps taking money from local real estate companies to run their animated/interactive ads that they did not test well, the problems will keep happening.
You can upgrade your Flash Player to the latest version to get around some, but not all of the problems.
