I am refinancing my jumbo mortgage. I can get a reduction of 1.25% to 5.25%. That’s pretty good. I would roll over for the same tenor – 25 years left on 30 years.

…oh, and I just realized that I erroneously attributed the following quote to Dumas instead of Dickens a few weeks ago:

That’s right, etson. I’m not rigid — I really am flexible enough and if stuff comes up, I understand the modern world but if everything is a blur even down to whether you will actually be getting together, that’s annoying.
I have no problem with people cancelling as long as they call ahead of time. If it’s a sex date though, I want long enough lead time to round up someone else.

I’m not that extreme, but that is my tendency, M4L.
This one guy I am talking about drives me crazy because I think he actually can’t plan his time.
I prefer to have plans but am perfectly OK if things change last minute.
