all aspects of non-organic meat are pretty freakin disgusting

Would you be able to tell the difference if I layed 2 steak, chops, loins or burgers in front of you? NO.

  2. I don’t think he’s saying that dibs. He’s saying give them a little space to run around in before we turn them into bacon.

I don’t have a problem with that but of course those who can least afford it will be the most affected. Not everyone can buy organic free range Kobe filet mignon from Fairway.

But to willfully throw our farm animals under the bus, so to speak, I stand corrected. By your own words, you do stand for animal cruelty.

Farm animals are farm animals for one specific purpose…to feed humans.

    Are you really arguing this???

  4. cmu, I don’t have the ego strength for a big fight, but to translate into more decorous and gentile language, I do not believe in animal cruelty. I do not believe that it is ethical to make animals suffer. I do not WANT animals to suffer. But I am not a vegetarian and I do think it is ok to eat animal meat. There are some animals which I couldn’t eat because they are too high on the food chain (monkeys, horses, dogs, cats). And I think that human beings are more important than animals.

I think you, cmu, are more important than a cat, dog, horse, billy goat or any other animal.

But you are not more important THAN ME. 🙂
