Rob, I would not bake the sausage. I’d put it in a pan. It would be likely to dry out too much if it was baked.

Yes rob- you can, but it takes longer and you should cover it so it doesn’t dry out badly.I don’t think it tastes as good though- yo don’t get the crispiness that you do in a pan.
