Mother Montrose: Is there any man out there who is deserving of YOU? I think you are great. Hopefully, you can find someone who isn’t intimidated by your beauty and brains.
I would like to announce that I have personally kicked MM in the butt for such thinking. (All I got in return was a very sore foot- but hey…I tried). And I agree with the posters- anyone would be lucky to have MM.
I’m not usre I would want to be in a realtionship again. That’s what a disastrous divorce does to you- not to mention the semi-stalker boyfriend who had to be scraped off. I like being independent and maybe more honestly- just too afraid to think about getting involved again. But as MM says- life is full in anycase.
We did give her back a kitten that she had rescued and we were helping to bottle feed, but she wasn’t Leo.
Do you know who is hosting the next party for the neighborhood “crowd”? I gather the last one was quite the shindig. My neighbor got home at 4 in the morning after Barbara and crew dropped her off. Lots of lesbian silliness going on.
I needed that today, as I’m looking for a job, and not having much luck. It’s really hard trying to break into fields in which you have no experience, even though I could easily use my skills in another industry to compensate.
A sugar daddy, or better yet, large lotto pot, would be great right now.
In the meantime, friendship knows no price, and I treasure it well. (sniff)
“Montrose should not have self esteem issues. Montrose should tell herself daily, in the mirror, with a smile and a self-congratulatory pat, that she is one of the finest thinkers many will have the good fortune to come across, and that she further adds to that by being adept at writing those thoughts in ways that are artful, succinct and understandable at once. And she’s nice. But nice in a good way, not in a saccharin, annoying way.
Not too many men deserve a Montrose.”
I second the affirmation! : ) You rock MM, and deep down inside…you know it!

Having met MM, I second (or third or fourth) the accolades.
MM, you are a great person!

Hey MM, go on and get out there. You could be surprised.
I met my bf online, and it was, funnily enough, right after I had officially given up on men in this town.
THANKS, ALL!

Hi folks;
Too busy today to join in the discussion, but just let me add a hearty “Here, here” to Nokilissa’s statement.
No, Miss Chiff. I thought Babs told me that you guys gave her that cat.
