I only watched one season of top model – its the one they will be doing a marathon of this weekend where Jaslene won. Tonight, ashamed to be saying, I’ll be watching The (not so) Real World to find out if Katelynn, the tranny leaves the show.
Well, if you make it from scratch – which I am not doing this evening, it’s a egg noodles [from Trader Joe’s], basic white roux, add to sauteed onions and mushrooms with a little sherry, soy sauce, and S&P, then like 2 or 3 cans of tuna and some frozen peas.
Or, like tonight, if I don’t want to make the roux, I’ll buy the Campbell’s mushroom soup and saute the onions and mushrooms, add a little sherry and then add that with the peas and tuna to the noodles.
both versions get bread crumbs and grated cheese mixed with a little olive oil on top for ‘crunchy-ness’.
For the next hour this thread will go as follows:
– Exchanging recipes
– Talking about cats stealing the food from plates
– After dinner, the trash / reality TV that one watches
– DIBS will add that he wines and dines his dates and then will throw in a sexual comment
– BRG will flirt with Snappy
– Ditto will throw a jab at BRG
– Snark make a very Snarky comment

CH, what do you put in your tuna casserole? I’ve never had one of those and I’m curious to know what the typical ingredients are.
