I once knew a manwich turned out to be a woman.

Legion, Long Island is a very segregated place. Once “minorities” start moving in, white people move out and the town “turns.” So Hempstead, Freeport, Wyandanch, Westbury, Amityville used to be all white, then 15 percent black, then 85 percent black.
Hicksville, the town where I grew up (when it was 99 percent white and all the houses, including ours, had restricted covenants) now has a substantial East and South Asian population but still more than 75 percent white.
Or you could make money like the Teamsters do and just steal the copper pipe from the construction site.
