Wendy, I go for a 30 minute pedi over here in CH. Add on a few more minutes to dry or wear your flip flops/sandals to walk home. It doesn’t need to be a marathon event. Although, that can be fun too if you’re in the mood for tuning out your life for a several hours!

(and if ever looking for quick place to eat near city center–never never never go to Ben Ash Deli…what a ripoff, tourist horror trap. No menu in window – I shoulda known better…worst excuse for matzo soup I’ve ever experienced.

I had a three hour long mani/pedi (no exaggeration, ask Scott) when on vacation to visit family in Louisiana.
The thing was a groupon kind of thing, and had been given as a gift by his sister.
It was hell.
I need another pedi, but I’m scared now.
