Cobble – My housekeeper is terrific & she & her husband have a small business doing upkeep & maintenance & I’d endorse them wholeheartedly but I doubt that they’re bonded &/or insured – though maybe insured since he does painting & construction. If you can’t find someone else you like, I’m happy to pass their info on to you.

Cobble – I sent a friend an e-mail about the cleaning serive he uses. He gets them in prior to renting a vacant apartment. I’ll cc’d you. It might take him a day or two to answer.

Bonded simply means they are insured to cover damages.
