i think i read that yesterday. i cut and pasted the story from somewhere else. it was rather dumb tho. snobby park slope mom yelling back at some old lady that she’s been to every major city in the world or some shit like. big deal lady. both sides of the story seem stupid tho. the old lady was probably one of those hippie pionereer chicks from the 70s with a straggly long mane, pithair, and reeks of flax seed anyway, so i have no horse in that race.
besides today is my birthday and i dont let things bother me on my birthday. today im like a duck and officially in my mid 30’s. i wish the city had subsidized gay senior citizen housing cuz i’d officially qualify today!

dave, they corroborated the guy’s story with security video from his apartment building showing when he left to toss the hard drive and when he returned. Big Brother is always watching.
How about Toby’s on 6th and 21st, like 2 minutes from my place? (I used to pull a similar move in college. After the bars would close I’d get friends to come back to my place for post-bar activities and I’d sneak off to bed…)
So I get on the train this morning and standing across at the other door is this guy who looks just like the Nazi from raiders of the Lost Ark. he’s got this round face, jowly with the round rimless glasses and a long black leather trenchcoat that goes practiclly to his ankles.
