LATER THIS EVENING…GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP. ANY TREE LIMBS AND POWER LINES STILL COATED WITH ICE WILL BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO BEING KNOCKED DOWN. THE REFREEZING OF STANDING WATER WILL ALSO PRODUCE BLACK ICE.
