I just realized that another all-time-great didn’t make it to anyone’s list” “Citizen Kane”. I’ll take back my previous statement that the all-time-great movie is “How Green Was My Valley” and give it to “Citizen Kane”, as most critics do. I can watch this movie 10 times, and never tire of it. I’ll give “How Green Was My Valley” second place.
Oh, and anything sci-fi/fantasy related along the lines of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and most Superhero movies is an immediate NO for me. I can’t sit through that stuff.
Also a very good list of over-rated movies. Working for a Japanese company, however, I do like “Lost in Translation, because it is kinda like “A typical day at the office” for me.

“Hairspray didn’t move you to tears Dave?”
Squish. Squash. Kill that roach!
Agreed on the sci/fi, Biff. I’ve tried, but I just can’t do it.

Um hellooo are we not forgetting a great movie:
The Warriors
-which I beleive is the period of time The What thinks we will all return to
I also hated Training Day. Denzel had other Oscar worthy performances and I found this movies flat out disgusting.

Scarface was a travesty too. It was so ridiculous, I like to call it ridonculous!
Biff;
