  1. DIBS:
I walked by the house yesterday to get a look. It is beyond “in need of tlc” from what I could see. Many windows were broken but not boarded the porch roof looked about to collapse etc. I still think it could be an amazing house but who knows how much work it really needs. I emailed the broker asking a few basic questions and he wrote back saying I need to kindly leave my phone number if I want an answer. That really annoyed me. I really want to know about the construction loan parameters thing it mentions in the listing. Do you know anything about that?

WHOA! Hey, I did not intentionally lift Helen Keller’s quotes. Just wanted to make that clear. That’s freaky!!

This is the true with everything in life.

    Well turned, indeed!

We all make mistakes, Rob. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes and try to improve. In the end, that’s what reveals the true content of your character. There’s almost always time to try to make things right.
