dh – A lot of old pgms aren’t compatible w/ Windows 7 which I am now using but you can usually find a translation pgm that allows them to work – might be worth googling it.

But, I really like the apartment you just posted. Nice kitchen. Window in the bath. DeLepp-donatella-m4l proximity. Near that great BBQ place we went to. All good.

I’m on the hook til July of 2012 – but I could sublet easily (my place is about 400 bucks less a month than comparable studios in the bldg) and still has a free month at the end.
I don’t go out nearly enough anymore – and the places I do like to go to aren’t even close to my place in “prime” williamsburg – so i’m paying an insane premium for nothing.
i’d much rather have an extra 500 bux a month in my pocket for traveling or savings or whatever.
