that’s why I specifically stated that my question was not about politics but intelligence.
I was just posing the question as a response to the notion that SP is some sort of moron. Obviously not.

I disagree that the survival skills she has are easily obtained. Not everyone has the fortitude to track and kill an animal then skin, butcher and eat it.

The Unabomer had a degree in Mathematics from Harvard as I recall. Deranged maybe but not stupid.

BTW, I was watching Rachel Maddow last night and I agree with her on a lot of things and other things, not so much, ……but she is getting better and better. Better in that she is so amazingly fluent, so articulate, the show is so packed with information, she is so intelligent. She is also an attractive person, meaning she has a cute and playful manner and manages to engage people of all political stripes who speak to her with respect. She is also really funny.

I’d rather have a beer at Montero’s with Palin over Chomsky any day. I don’t want to have sex with either one of them but if I really had to choose, it’d be palin.

People- we need suggestions on the Henry Ward Beecher thread. Minard just voted for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. With Natalie Portman as Harriet Beecher Stowe! That cannot stand.
