Who is disputing that the city’s roads were disgraceful? However, new is new. If you’ve got a new road, it’s new – even if it was crap before.
As far as the Belt, I’ve said it above – it remains to be overhauled. It is a difficult overhaul, because much of it was built on sand bars.

I used to work with kids at a child care institution. One of the other counselors was a guy from Equador, older than me, and asked me on a date. He takes me to this dive bar (nothing wrong with dive bars )in South Beach SI) and it turned out to be a girly dive bar. I remember my primary emotion as confusion. His idea of seduction I guess. It didn’t work.
