  1. If you found CFL chandelier bulbs that worked (and lasted of course), it might be good for a chandelier in the summer, since they don’t give off heat like incandescent bulbs. But I understand the aggravation.

  2. Not actually looking for them rf. I’m through buying them. They are expensive and I’ve had bad luck with them lasting. Screw the environment.

  3. Dave, they have a zillion sizes and wattages at Ikea. I have a little nightlight one that might work for a chandelier. All of mine came from there or in a multipack from Home Depot (maybe Lowe’s? Can you tell the difference when you’re inside?). None of mine has blown out.
