1-2 medium-sized eels
1 tablesp. flour
1/2 teasp. salt
1/8 teasp. pepper
Egg and breadcrumbs
Fat for frying
Fried parsley for garnish
Wash, skin and thoroughly dry the eels.
Divide them into pieces 2 1/2—3 in long.
Mix the flour, salt and pepper together, and roll the pieces of eel separately in the mix-ture.
Coat carefully with egg and breadcrumbs, fry in hot fat until crisp and lightly-browned, drain well.

At least I use my words properly, maybe a bit too often, or an awful lot, but properly – just sayin
Bloomie also said the city had achieved the goal of all roads cleaned at least once by 7 a.m. today – patently not true according to Kens.
