  1. Hey D-Cat, it has been long, slow and quiet but those floating tankers have been, bit by bit, slowly, EMPTYING.
There was a 5 week or so summer French refinery strike and it didn’t even move the market. Why? Such high stock levels, but down down down….forward curve totally shifted and now we are poised for a real upmove. Crude oil is the beach ball under water…

Oh, we have a clue, Vanna, we have a clue!

I think that cars blocking intersections should be bulldozed to the side. Owners pick up the tab for stupidity.

    I couldn’t agree more!!

CH – I know it’s weird – I mean I understand leaving your car 1 day after the storm – but 3 days – this person can’t possibly live THAT far away they couldn’t come and check on their car – plus our block is clear(blacktop) and so is 6th avenue except for the car and snow mound now piled up on the car!

  4. No mail cart could’ve made it down our block yesterday – street was a mess & several houses had done only a shovel-width path. Worse, though, were Berkeley, St. John’s, etc. where the mountains from plowing 7th Av. were over 5 feet tall at the intersections & the streets hadn’t been even touched by a plow.
