Sounds great, Benson. Jan 8th it is; (guessing it is Jan and we don’t have to wait till Sept). WE can do a drive by at Pete’s on Stillwell to at least see the latest and greatest.
Sorry to hear about your mom. Glad to hear she’s OK. My folks are a similiar age (87 and 84). They keep going because of that problem that I was telling you about at the last meet-up.
Well, looks like Montrose is good for Sept. 8th. I was thinking of taking her in the morning (she wants to tour Bay Ridge for future BOTD shots) and then stopping off at Spumoni Gardens. How about then?
BTW: those of us in the know now go to a better place in the hood: Pete’s and Stillwell and 79th. However, Spumono gardens is a tradition, so we’ll go there.
Thanks RF. My father did a good job, made all the right decisions this morning and got her to the hospital. My sister is down there in Florida so she has been taking care of everything. I am so lucky that she is down there.

Oh, Donatella, I am so sorry! Really scary when they are in their late 80s–whenever the phone rings and I see on my phone that it’s from Daddy, it’s hard not to worry. Hope she’s feeling better really soon and that the disorientation goes away–sometimes it takes a little while.
January 8th!!

Sounds like a plan. Good luck with the cooking.
