Snappy, I heard those were really good. I like the Bertolli sauces.
ditto, that sounds so good!
(there is a cat asleep and snoring like mad under the guest bed we have in the office but I don’t want to lift up the bedskirt to see which one it is because I’d feel bad waking them up)
Rob,
I didn’t know about your family history. If I had I wouldn’t have suggested a bar.
As for Citibank, an acquaintance who works there told me the vending machines charge more for a soda and some candy then the stock is worth.
And apparently they keep raising the soda prices. So if the stock hits $2 today it’s probably due to added vending revenue driven by $2 cans of Coke and bags of Doritos…
I had three different german sausages, sauerkraut, red cabbage, mustard and a crusty roll as well as a drink of apfel juice, all from the Hallo Berlin streetcart guy.
Adam Dahill, I do need a vacation. We are going to Florida this weekend to visit my bf’s mom (she is visiting too). I am really looking forward to ditching the heavy coat.
Question for you: The contract we are about to sign says we have only 30 days to find a mortgage commitment letter from a bank. Isn’t that unrealistic, given how busy the banks are these days?
If we get rejected, we get our money back. But if the bank doesn’t respond in 30 days, we lose our deposit. Isn’t that ridiculous?
It seems like maybe 45 or 60 days would be more workable. But not for the seller.
What, thanks for asking, but I think anyone on this blog, including me, is open to attack, especially if referencing you before you reference him/her. My only beef with you was I thought you went after Montrose when she was recounting a story about musicians and not appearing to be trying to get your goat whatsoever but to engage you and others in a discussion on old-time radio. And I thought your insults to her were unduly harsh and personal, given she is usually so even keeled and reasonable (again, unlike me and others).
I mentioned DIBS doesn’t need me to defend him, just as BRG and others are more than capable of handling themselves. Keep the missles flying if you feel it’s necessary. You always have cobblehiller and I to give you are opinion if it gets out of hand.
What, your 12:12 post made my day, in a positive way. I’m not kidding, I’m being sincere.
You have no idea, and I can not begin to explain, but that brighten my day.
Thank you, What.
But if you really want to retaliate…I’ve got the K-Y ready for YOU!
But let’s do it after 5:00, as I’m very busy right now and can only pop in every so often.
That was a nice spanking he gave CNBC. Let me ask you folks, what do you think of Keith Olberman? I recognized that his viewpoint is highly skewed pro-Obama, but I find him to be hilarious sometimes. He’s got a serious Bill O’Reilly and Rush Limbaugh fascination that he should see a shrink about.

make that “our” opinion. What, you should blast me for that typo!

THL, I think we are all 86ing the bacon today! I’m thinking of heating up a frozen Bertolli shrimp scampi w/ linguini. It’s my lazy lady lunch 🙂
