Provincetown, MA The place where the Pilgrims landed first actually. Mostly Portugese settled. Became a big hippy place in the 60s and is now largely gay & lesbian now along with the Portugese locals. There are definite stroller issues there with the increasingly large numbers of gay & lesbian families.
It’s a beauriful part of Cape Cod at the very tip.
Never went to too many rock/pop concerts, but my all time faves were Earth, Wind and Fire, around 1976, Chicago around the same time, and Al Jarreau in the 90’s. All very different, but fun. I go to a fair number of classical music concerts and operas now, as well as jazz. I haven’t been to anything in a while though.
The best of those concerts have something in common – when you are in the groove, believing in your music, and just out there with no other objective than to communicate with your audience, it’s magic. On both sides of the stage.

Spanish lap taffy:
dulcillos de regazo.
“I’m kind of stuck.”
Yeah, Benson I was afraid of that happening to me….I know some travel writers who are in that boat. That’s another reason I got out.
What’s P-Town?
