Seriously dibs you need to spend more time on the 4 and 5. 9 out of 10 readers are reading some sort of religious text (Christian, Jewish, and Muslim are all represented) and there’s always at least one beggar per train ride (usually the same ones at the same times – think they work out a schedule so they don’t overlap) and at least one person needing to share the news about JE-sus (always very loudly – painful some mornings, especially when they sing). People on the 3/4 do seem to be fatter, however – watch the change at Franklin Ave.
Are people being serious about women reading the bible on the subway? I have never seen that, like not even once. The guys reading the koran/torah, all the time.
I guess we can all agree that everyone on the train is annoying unless it’s YOU! however I know I am not annoying as I will only squeeze myself into the middle seat if it’s bookended by 2 little women and I know to move all the way into the car so the doorway doesn’t get clogged up! I also know how to hold the pole so it’s not all rude
“hoboken is starting to sound pretty nice as I expect them to have some more price drops as inventory has already built up to 9 months worth of listings”
Hoboken has terrible public schools according to a few people I know with kids who live there. They say it’s not worth the higher property taxes if they also have to pay to send their kids to a private school.
Today I had an interesting conversation with a young quite short woman with big hair. Very big hair. She was turned sideways to me and her bouffant was dangerously close to my mouth. She didn’t seem to have much awareness of her physical boundaries and I whispered to her “Your hair is very nice but it is also extremely close to my face/mouth.” I didn’t get a “F**k you or a snarl, but more like a “oh. It’s crowded here.” I said “I’m just telling you.” A woman sitting down also admonished her for dangling her extremely large totebag near the woman’s lap,/close to hitting her torso.
ET were you on the subway with Dona this morning??

Pete, so if I buy a shell but keep it same C of O (but maybe change a double duplex to a triplex over garden unit), would that trigger new taxes?

I can’t understand reading the same book time and time again. I’m sure it leads to Alzheimers development.
Most women on the 4/5 read the bible, too. Once you get to Atlantic Ave all the Larsson and Franzen readers start getting on.
