so technically yesterday should have provided some heat. Today is above 55 so don’t need to.
I have no intention of turning on for awhile (after looking at longrange forecast on accuweather.com)
ew october 1st is WAY too early for them to turn the heat on. gross. i hate when the heat gets turned on. grrr i hope they didnt turn it on in my apartment today cuz there’s gonna be mealted crap all over the radiator. you dont NEED hear until late november. people are such pussies when it come to that. put on a sweater!
is there way i can cap my radiator to make it not be heated? i dont think the valve works so all winter i just have to let all the heat fly out the window, it’s gross.
I know you addressed cobble, but here is my answer. I don’t give two sh%ts about his platform. I think he is unstable and unfit and has a great potential for crookdom. In fact, I think he is so unfit that if he were the democrat I would probably vote for his re re re um opponent.
And I am not saying that about republican challengers or tea party candidates in general this year. I am saying that about CP. For example, I think O’Donnell is an idiot and a lightweight and not senate material but if the people want her, fine, it’s just a damn vote. But Carl wants to run our state government. I can’t stomach it, so no, I am not drinking the laced kool aid on this guy.
alright, better take a breather. One, two, aaauuuuummmmm (be back later)
“Given how he has operated, with campaign donations and tax exemptions and such, I see nothing to suggest he isn’t going to have his hand in the till like everyone else, only perhaps moreso.”
Couldn’t agree more, slopey. Not politically, just on a human level, I was looking at some clips of him last night and this morning, and he doesn’t seem well. He slumps in his chair. The circles around his eyes. I think he sees the end or is physically unwell.
Can you stop playing puppet master? What is this obsession with trying to control people? Are you frustrated at work? Not enough peons to order about?”
Oh gosh, you got me.
I think most people who express strongly anti-paladino views have almost no idea what his platform is and instead focus on the usual things that americans focus on in campaigns – personal behavior as reported in the press and TV campaign ads. I think a quick review of most of the discussions on the OT regarding paladino would confim this.
Pete, you didn’t read the link. Technically, NO since the outside temps are above what is recommended.
“Wow, I am grumpy this am”
THIS am? You were particularly unpleasant at the partners’ meeting this morning.

Also, apologies to Jackal for providing a response with an internet link and not restating the nyc rules with respect to heat in my own words.
