Rob- I put the smiley face there when I am really joking around about something. I would have thought someone who went to college- allegedly- would know some of the basic facts of typing and the internet. Oops- my bad. You don’t know the basics.
As for Montrose- not only is she usually right, this is a blog, it’s a free country and she has the right to post here same as you do. At least we know when she writes it won’t be stupid, asinine blather by some attention-seeking little stereotyping blowhard who makes pronouncements about everything and who believes you can know everything about anything because you can read it on the internet.
I checked out the Spanish ones. It seems like they can get you going pretty fast, but what seems to happen is that none of these programs get you off the very beginning stages. What seems to me to be the absolute best are the tapes and books sold by the US Government (these are used to train State Department, CIA, diplomats, foreign service workers). That is how I learned Japanese. Nobody teaches language with rote drills anymore but you need that.
They keep changing where you can buy these things. Let me check for the links. Please send me an email at Donatellaoffortgreene at hotmail dot com. And I will find it when I get home.
Glitter house paints 🙂 My little heart just skipped a beat!
Ditto, I’m not above branding cookies either!
Donatella, I thought RS claimed they are used by the State Department? And Spanish is what my friend needs. Thanks!
“But Cobble, there are not brokers offering *glittery* services”
LOL! You know, that might be our “hook”! We could also develop a special line of glitter house paints!
DIBS, Lech like me is holding mainly cash. gold has been good hedge for me so far.
Not everyone like glitter, just like not everyone likes what 11217 likes in a property.

Cobblesnaps sounds like a brand of chunky ginger cookies.
