That was effing scary. 11215 got hit HARD. One cat is still crying in terror 🙁 It was short, but damn, that was powerful. Heading out with my camera to capture damage. Hopefully it doesn’t pick up again or I may be blown to another borough!
Apparently 3rd, 4th & 5th Ave were hit the worst north of Sunset Park with significant damage…trees on cars and blocking streets…and scaffolding down in many places…all-in-all fairly isolated though

Intense, isolated damage is typical of tornadoes.

How come Park slope seems to get harder hit?
There are more sinners there.

House didn’t drop here- although i was prepared with the peaked hat and ruby glitter for my shoes.
