I posted on the Forum about Millad. I told him I would and over all thought he did a decent job with the obvious caveats — i.e. the bad painting I made him repair and the messiness. Turns out someone posted after me saying his masonry was good but he left a lot of “collateral damage”. Well, I left my email and can give anyone lots of pictures of the process.

At least you don’t have to worry about lice yourself. Do you guys know about the nitpickers in Borough Park? Old school lice remedy, but they get the job done. Lots of folks swear by them and they did a great job for us. But you’re more of a slash and burn kind of guy than a preservationist, so this might not be the route for you.

DIBS — we know Muslim extremists will issue fatwas over koran burnings. Even koran/mohammed slanderings (see Salman Rushdie). It’s the facile leap from that to the assumption that they stand for all Islam that is so problematic. Same way the right-wing zionist who assassinated Rabin does not speak for all Jews.
