but if you are walking up the stairs and some woman’s crotchrocket is in your face, you cant take a picture? why not? expectation of privacy? that makes no sense. i mean yeah it does in a private dressing room, duh, or a bathroom, duh. but in public? no. sorry.

  2. “Glad you had a good time, denton!

(what a shame? wt… Is Mrs. D uncomfortable with the gays? )”

Not at all cobble, you miss the intent. She’s not the only woman who will see a bunch of hot gay guys and say ‘what a shame’, meaning too bad, they are not available to women.

  3. “Rob, would you want some perv taking a picture of your johnson unbeknown-st to you?”

no. but they have the right to if it’s in plain view.

Actually rob, that’s the crux of it. What is under a woman’s dress is NOT in plain view.

  4. “no. but they have the right to if it’s in plain view.”

okay, so sorta like if you’re gonna wear a skirt, expect that you might get filmed. not totally off-base, I suppose.

but what about those creepy toilet cameras?

  5. serious question:
why is it illegal to snap pictures up a woman’s skirt? you arent touching her, and what is there to see, is there to see. it seems like a ridiculous law.
you are allowed to take pictures in public of someones face right? what is the difference.

rob, here’s the deal. It’s called the ‘expectation of privacy’. Unless there’s a specific statute forbidding it, you can take pictures in public of just about anything, including children, and police, and private property if you are standing on public property when you take it. Because when you are in the public sphere you have no privacy.

But you cannot take a picture of a woman in a dressing room, or a bathroom, because she has an ‘expectation of privacy’. So, you can take a shot of a woman in a bikini, on a beach, or even nude on a nude beach, because she is in public and is showing what she is showing.

But what is under her dress she is expecting that it will remain private. You cannot violate that expectation.

  6. “snappy and cobble, thanks for setting up the party, it was a great place! I held up the early shift, so sorry to miss some of y’all.”

Glad you had a good time, denton!
