Rob, my friend, my good buddy. For any subsequent gatherings, it will be YOUR job to give people directions to every single person, explaining multiple routes, directions by car, multiple subways and buses.
Reminds me of an industry friend – we are both going to Houston from New York and she emails me to ask me what the weather is going to be like in Houston. Hello? Why is she asking me? So I can google weather.com and email her back?
By the way, Rob, these are the tools you need to never be lost in NYC again.
1) Take an address and put it in Google
2) For car directions, put in the beginning point
3) It will put destination there, you then get car directions.
Then if you look on the map, you will see little ikons for all the subway stops. You can put in buses in search and you will get the stops.
You will now NEVER have to ask anyone for directions again and you will be able to give anyone directions to anywhere in New York City from anywhere. Dyscartographia or not.
DCB, I do, but for me it’s Friday since I have tomorrow off.
jessi, dave, I’m hoping tybur6 will join us. A few of us had occasion to meet him not long ago, and he’s a really great guy . . . and I don’t THINK we scared him off . . . well, *rob* might have scared him off . . . if he’s free, he’s going to join us at Foie Gras tonight.

Chicken, you’re in, right?
I WAS in. Now I’m out. I just can’t keep up with the cool kids.
Wait…what are we talking about?

You can then confirm your MTA trip by going to MTA:

B69 stops at 9:30pm so you can’t get back on it, Rob. Is it safe to leave a bike outside Warm Feathers?
Jessibaby: “Yeah, DCB – show up! You can debate deforestation whilst quaffing brews.”
The memories here are really long! And nobody ever forgets a good fight.
Cool. Chad is the man.

Yes, Xing will be there.
Chad will be attending, probably getting there a bit later than me.
