  2. dibs, on the beef jerky guys, they got all their money (from private investors) and all their certifications — NYC Department of Health, USDA etc. — there is a lot of red tape when you are producing food products, especially with meat — and they are having a ribbon cutting ceremony in their Williamsburg kitchens this weekend.
