  1. “Also, that may be your definition of “fab” denton, but it’s certainly not mine.”

haha dibs, but anyone who can dress like that is fab. But what do I know? If this cat works at Bergdorf, kudos to them for hiring him.

  2. denton, I think an overweight in bonds right now is a very risky proposition with rates so low. If you are buying bonds now and getting VERY little yield, and the prices go down, you are screwed.

Full disclosure: I have about 24% of my IRA in 30 year Treasuries that mature in 2035 but they yield 5.4% (I bought them in 2005) and I will keep them because I’m close to retiring.

  3. Anyone who ever walks near the Brooklyn Bridge will get stopped frequently by folx looking for 225 Cadman Plaza West.

This morning his African guy stops me, perhaps Somalian, and asks me where the ‘immigration court’ is.

How the fuck do I know, dude, do I look like an immigrant?

Give me the address and I can help you.

  4. I don’t understand all the “thin gays” skipping all about. Who is that attractive too? Other thin gays? They are all over FG on saturday when Flea is in residence. When they wear their tight short shorts to showcase their pasty chicken legs I pray for a cold front.

Denton, seen her, saleslady at bergdorf I assume.

  5. For all of you who ask basic financial questions about your 401k, came across an interesting super-simple approach. It’s called the Nifty 50/50. (Don’t look up the last Nifty Fifty).

Basically, you end up with 50% bonds, and 50% stocks. You invest only in index funds for each.

35% index fund to match US (Wilshire 5000, which may not be available, if not, S&P 500).

15% index fund to match overseas stocks (MSCI EAFE Index)

50% bond index fund to match one of the domestic indexes.

Personally, I would over-weight the stock portion, and underweight the bond portion, if you are under 45 or so, but the principal is the same.

Pretty basic but at least someone gave it a name, lol.

  6. hey dibs, and you peeps who work around 57th and 5th, have you seen this fab gay gay walking around there recently?

He’s Black, at least 6’2″, and possibly less than 100 lbs. He has on incredible high heels, some fab outfit, and a giant Valentino silver bag.

Also, that may be your definition of “fab” denton, but it’s certainly not mine.
