agreeance! and lol @ you keeping cash, jewels, and drugs in your bathroom!
“Cobble- have you been drinking again?”
— what do you mean again. when did she stop?
I will be having the first of two glasses of white wine beginning at approx. 6:45 this evening. I will cease drinking after the second glass, and will drink water, as is my usual habit.
Unless I’m out with asshats. In which case, I may have 3 glasses of white wine because I need to dull the pain. : P
So where is the line for you between what is and is not an acceptable project?
1. Do you advocate the use of governmental authority to prevent the project or is this solely a matter of trying to persuade/pressure the developer to give up?
2. Distance — how close can a mosque or Islamic cultural center be to Ground Zero? Do you object to the Muslim religious services taking place at the same address now? Do you object to the mosques 4 and 12 blocks away? Would you oppose this project in Brooklyn? Iowa?
3. Project size — would you accept a smaller project at the site? Something on the scale of the existing building? A mosque with some offices and classrooms?
4. Different imam? Would you accept the physical project as is if led by a cleric who clearly denounced islamic extemism and terrorism and announced love for USA and respect fo US rule of law, etc.?
5. What do you understand the real problem of the project to be? Injured feelings of 9/11 victims and families? Triumphalist propaganda? Or do you really think this is a threat to our constitutional system?
What is your bottom line about the minimum this project would have to change for you to drop your opposition to it?
Re: pooping in other people’s bathrooms. I think that Europeans really have this sense more than we do.
BTW, I hired a neighborhood kid, who is a bit goofy, (not the Gangsta rapper, but he sings off key at the top of his lungs also to his IPOD). Anyway, I really don’t know him too well and he is a little goofy, and he is working on the backyard and asks if he can use my bathroom. He is in there a LONG TIME. And I am doing a mental inventory of what is in there. Money — actually had about 100 dollars that I had taken out of my pants, drugs (the legal kind), and lots of jewelry.
It seemed like he had some kind of Gastrointestinal thing going on. Nothing missing but I was momentarily anxious.
Now I know he is a good kid, but I was thinking about the fact that serious pooping, like sick pooping is sort of gross in somebody elses house.
Slope – you’re the first named partner, right? If you’re not, you should be.

“So, what do you think of goatees?”
I love Kens’ goatees. He is one lucky Mongolian goat herder.
