UGH! you are one of them!!! if i see one more pasty moonface reading the girl with the dragon tattoo (or whatever it is called) on the subway im gonna go apeshi+. lol
Rob, the reason I want to do the lobby reno blog is that other co-op board members have something to read about when they have to go through the same thing (last time I check reno blogs were not OT and still on a REAL ESTATE website where not everyone owns a brownstone). Believe it or not, some people might find some of the information very useful. I also had a VERY good exprience with the contract (to my surprise) and he was very diligent and the end result is amazing so I wouldn’t mind praising him on a local blog that happens to have thousands of readers. I would have loved to read about someone else’s experience with doing something like that but there was no information on it at all.
Rob told me I was one of the only people his dog was calm around.
Alex cross is, dh. But I like Spencer more.

“The Ballad of Elizabeth Dark” by Michael Smith, slope.
There’s one novel Stephen King says he doesn’t remember writing, he was so coked up.
I used to work at the high school Stephen King went to. The main figure of Carrie was a very recognizable girl in the school.
