Kind of ironic that a person who hates beds and doesn’t sleep on one ends up getting bedbugs.

You are so right. The small plates are indeed usually the highlight, especially the crostino of stracciatella and roasted tomatoes and the sauteed squid with hot peppers, scallions and cucumbers. I also really like the dandelion salad you mention.
My favorite pizza is the stracciatella with basil, garlic and calabrian chilies. The maccheroni with pork sausage, spigarello, chilies and provolone piccante pasta is awesome too!

11217 – I’ve only been once to Franny’s and tried three different pizzas, all of which were delicious. The small plates were what really wowed me though. I remember this one to be super good: Dandelion Greens with Peaches and Wood-Roasted Guanciale. What about you?
As Pigeon duly noted the other day, Rob also said on a thread last week that whenever he sees black men on the street, he crosses and walks on the other side. Yet some of you continue to defend this person over and over and over again.

actually 11217, that was me who called rob out on that. I know pigeon denton and benson are so confusing these days…
