Bernanke has spooked the equity market with a mention of the FOMC willing to take further measures if necessary. The resulting weakness in stocks has produced a dark cloud cover reversal candle in many indexes and individual charts. The reversal is more significant as it comes at the 30 and 50 day moving averages. Need to rally into the close to mitigate this signal.

Cursory review of today’s OT subjects:

BTW, Yanks winning 6-1 in the fifth. Donatella is not at the game. Coincidence?

How much does the guvment pay in farm price supports to achieve this?
Where on earth did you find that, Rob? I have my own defination of “manly” and I am not sure it fits with whatever parameters this source uses.
“so no tax on my midol?”
jessi, I thought that was a street in the North Heights???

Yes dibs. From
http://www.tax.state.ny.us/pdf/publications/sales/pub840_898.pdf
“All sales of drugs and
medicines for use by human
beings are exempt from sales
tax”
There’s long list on page 11, and since it is relevant to today’s discussion, it ends with:
“vaginal infection remedies”
On the whole Wall St vs. Main St issue…here’s how much we export in Ag products every year, in Billions of $…
2001 52.7
2002 53.3
2003 56.0
2004 62.4
2005 62.5
2006 68.6
2007 82.2
2008 115.3
2009 96.6
2010 104.5 (est.)
Ag exports are Main St at its heart.
