Rob is a master baiter. And I’m not referring to his jelly bags. I’m surprised so many people take the bait, but I must admit it’s fun to read the serious responses.
You can put me down for a $1mm in a Bossert conversion. I’m serious. But I want a 3-bedroom for that.
What did it sell last time for? $100? The problem is it works really well as a dorm and dorms makes a lot of money. Like a hotel, but more expensive and 100% occupancy rate all the time. So the competition is fierce. On the other hand, you can’t lose with old pre-war style conversions. I really believe that. The open plan Two Trees approach is fine, but do it up old school and you’d be golden.
Rob>i still think formula is the way to go. it helps the economy as well.
If you actually BOTHERED to look up facts, you know that the harm that baby formula actually does, and how in very poor countries bf manufacturers (think Nestle) mount disinformation campaigns, bribe nurses (not murses), and pressure uneducated women to switch to formula. Besides being horrendously expensive for them, unhygienic water fu&*s up the baby’s health. Yeah, real good for everyone.

I see you’re giving medical advice now too, Dr. Spock.
Dr. Spock AND Alan Greenspan, not to mention Robert M. Stern on the new PS brownstone thread. Why do the rest of us even post?
Agree MM.
Rob, I see you’re trying to bait and “fish” them ALL today
“You think breast milk is “potentially a health risk” and feeding is unhygienic?!! You’re officially insane.”
Its consistent with his theory yesterday that half the humans on earth didn’t evolve from an African ancestor but are space aliens.
