LOL…no pics of the appendix…it’s not out yet. Surgery may happen today…not sure yet, waiting to hear from her. Looks like she’ll be in for a little while longer 🙁

well i leave the house at 830 and my actual time on the train is only 20 minutes, but it’s a little bit of a walk to the subway stop. i WOULD leave earlier but im not allowed to work before 915, and also i thoroughly enjoy my 8-830 am pix news and coffee. helps me unwind from the previous nights nightmares.

Dave, I was about to email you. Thanks very much for coming last night (nh). If my broker only knew she was trying to win over “That DAMN daveinbedstuy” (as she once referred to you, based on some of your HOTD/COTD comments) last night in trying to get you to convince me to do what she thinks I should do to that house.
Here’s the deal. “Best and final offers” are due today by 3pm. I want to put in an offer, even if not the highest, but to keep myself in the game if the other offer falls through (not uncommon). A good friend whose opinion I value thinks I should make an offer at ask, which is what I was thinking, even though my broker thinks it will go above ask (and even though we go back 15+ years, I still keep my own counsel). What do you think? Email me, please, if you have a specific number in mind.
