11217 – I wouldn’t know what to do with 2000 sqft – I like compact spaces with high ceilings.

Yeah, I think I remember that he wasn’t so into Park Slope but in terms of space for the money (and $650 maintenance on 2000 sf) seemed like a good enough deal to mention it.
