thanks, kens. I didn’t mean for you to answer “what’s the frequency” literally. Your login was handy for a play on “kenneth, what’s the frequency?” (You can google it — it sort of went with the cloak and dagger thing.)

Actually, from a procedural standpoint, the will of the people might be irrelevant here. Would a supermajority of legislatures vote for an amendment giving themselves the power to appoint senators over the will of the people?
slopefarm,
…hence the 2nd amendment.
re; Sunstein and his problem with the first amendment,
the substance of his proposals seems to be a qualified 1st amendement, one in which it is not unalienable right but one which can and should be modified by men.
…and exclusive of it’s limits upon infringement on the rights of others.
lol, I thought we weren’t gonna get into a big debate?
CSC flavors are your run of the mill flavors. The draw is supposed to be the softness of the ice cream and watching them spread it out and smooth it on the cold stone and mix in whatever ingredients you want (nuts, candy, sprinkles/jimmies, etc.). The only thing they have that tends to be better than other places are the waffle cones…delicious! A lot of waffle cones taste like plastic 🙁
Rob, Cold Stone Creamery prices rival that of Blue Marble. You might want to just take me and Arkady to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins for a $1 soft serve kiddie cone! They are yummier anyway 🙂

At least BHB gets a little more traffic than DitmasParkBlog but BStoner still leaves BHB in the dust.

and it’s in the atlantic center mall? and it’s packed all the time? i thought the stores in that mall for geared toward us common folk.
*rob*
I’ve never been to a CSC, do they have good flavors? Or is the ‘stuff’ they put in it the real draw?
Well, I think referencing Goebbels gets you to Godwin’s law.
